I purchased a lifetime licence to DVD Fab but it is now telling me it has expired. I tried downloading a new key but it does not do anything.

I just tried this and it downloaded fine for me. The key is only for version 8 if your using version you don't need a key.How to post the internal log

Well, if you aren't happy, read how to properly register version 9.
You must be registered on the "members Centre" with the email address that you purchased Fab with.

I will try version 9 but if it shows expired in my user panel will it even work?

How long was your license for? Is it time to expire? If you download and install version 9 and attempt to register it depends on if your license is really expired or not.How to post the internal log

Tried installing and registering version 9 it states expired as well.
Dang! I shouldn't have tried registering 9, then I could at least have used the trial copy until this was straightened out. Now version 9 will not work either!!!!!

The office is staffed right now, so shoot an email ASAP, otherwise it will be Monday. As a minimum they will need the email address you used for the purchase, but with that they can usually run it down.
