DVDFab 9 splits autdio and video into two files

I attempted to rip a DVD earlier this evening but, unlike Version 8, Version 9 saved the audio and video in two different files. How can I make version 9 rip dvds like version 8? I looked around but could find how to do it. I ripped in mp3 format for ps3. I can't play the video with it split into two files like that.

I assume you mean mp4 for the PS3 so I just tried and it worked ok, just one mp4 file. What is the other file it creates? This doesn't sound right to me?

I just tried it again, this time it only created an audio folder with *.mp3 file. When I click it it plays as music instead of video. Attached is snapshot of my screen.

I can't duplicate this either using the PS3 profile in Ripper, it makes a perfect MP4 in a single file. Please check your settings.

          What profile are you using?

AncientDragon, you've selected the mp3 audio profile which will only make an audio file, mp3 is an audio file mp4 is what you want. Select the source/press the profile bar/press the device tab at the top/select sony and use the attached profile:

Problem solved -- I was using the wrong profile. Switched to mp4 and now it is working ok. Thanks for all your suggestions.

Any way to mark this thread solved?? I don't see any way to do it.
