Anyone know how to get logged into a dvd fab account? I have tried my password several times and it doesn't work. When I try the "forgot Password" option it says the verification failed. I can't renew my dvd fab if I can't get into my account.

Send an email to support@dvdfab.com, they are the only ones that can access the customer database.

Have tried the email adddress that you provided 2 times now and the email gets returned as undeliverable to support@dvdfab.com. Message says that user unknown in virtual mailbox table, whatever that means.Comment
