Open with broken?

Used to be able to select "Open With" and point to DVD Fab. Video file would load correctly, etc.

Stopped working and getting message about registration.

DVD Fab opens anyway BUT the file is not passed through into DVD Fab.

Yes its version 8....29. V9 having issues still.

Installed 9 and removed it. "Open With" used to work. Some how the registration information is goofed? Not sure other then what used to work now does not....

Is your key for v8 still present? Looks like you may need to redownload the key and/or re-register v8.

I don't think I have ever used the context open, but it is still there on my PC. I will try it.

////UPDATE//// It works, but it opens v8.0.8.5, which is the only one of three DVDFab installtions I have that has
the context option enabled.

Yes, keys all current. Just went through clean install and fresh key install.


My registration shows all is well and the DVD Creator is no longer in play.


The video file icon changes to the DVD Fab monkey. Just get the registration message.

Works in 9.0.7.1.

Although I had to completely uninstall V8 in order for V9's Open With and Context Menu to work. Having V8 installed did not allow V9's Context Menu/Open With to work.

Installed V8 and now Open With won't allow me to set it to V8.
