    Monsters University

Cannot burn Monsters University DVD. It partially burns and says no more space available. Followed all technical help via emails, still doesn't work. Burned new movie before and after this one successfully. Any help out there. Upgraded to new versions, no help on each. Changed burners, brand of DVDs. Thanks.

You are not providing much to go on here, what size are you attempting, what blank media? Post the internal log and the burn log for the failed attempt.

Using dual layer blanks. Sent all log files several times via email to Support. Set all software settings per emails. Did this for three versions of software. Haven't received reply for last email to support for over a week now. Feel kinda lost in neverland.

If you don't want to post the logs here then you'll have to rely on support to help you, we aren't mind readers.

You must post the logs if you want help here in the forum. The DVDFab Staff is in Beijing, forum helpers are from everywhere and we do not have access to what you may have supplied to them. Please post the burn log also. Click on the link in glenns sig which explains the necessity for this. As 90312 said, we can't help you without them.
