i'M TRYING TO UPDATE FROM 8 TO 9 AND IT ALL SEEMS TO DOWNLOAD BUT i CAN'T GET IT TO OPEN. ANY HELP WOULD BE GREAT. TNANKS

Moving your thread since it does not relate to decryption of a disc. Do you mean the installer does not run or that it does not start after installing?
