I was wondering if it would be possible to receive Blu-ray copy Lifetime for the reduced price. Paid $109 just 10 days ago and now I see it for$76. Please let me know if I could get a refund of the $33. Hoping for fair treatment, PLEASE.

You will need to contact the office in Beijing. Use the Support link on the DVDFab website and choose Contact from the dropdown list.
