Error 45

I am a registered user of DVDFab 9 and used it successfully this morning however now when I try to start it I get a DVDFab Protection Error 45.

I've not changed anything, my system has an internet connection. I've tried re-installing it all to no avail.

Is this a problem my end or is it at yours.

Does the error appear in a small, square box near the center of the screen? If so, it is a known component of DVDFab that is probably not running correctly. Happened to me a few days ago. Normally if you close and restart DVDFab it will be fine.

Make sure the installer for v9.1.3.1 is not corrupted, we have seen some of that. The correct size must be exactly 47,335,760 bytes.

Yes that is exactly what I get. I downloaded it again from a different connection and it resolved it.
