Disc not reading

I'm having a problem with DvdFab v9.1.4.3
Whenever I put in I, Frankenstein it wont even register that their is a disc. the disc works fine on my computer so its not my disc drive, its just the program. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

This movie just came out so it may not be supported yet.You can try main movie sometimes this will work when full disk or clone won't.Post your internal log if theirs one for this movie.Sometimes version 8 will work.
If no luck then post the region of disk and buy link or where brought,region disk or country and if single disk or set so Fab can get exact disk.

Please post in the DVD Copy or Blu-ray Copy forum and include the DVDFab internal log session to see if it records anything from this disc.
