getting rid of previews?

Is there a way to just copy movie and omit the previews along with the FBI?
sometimes I want to keep deleted scenes or special features

Yes, use Customize mode and the Navigation controls in Common Settings (see the capture). This assumes you mean for DVDs. PathPlayer must be enabled. If you want to keep some of the extras, select them in the "Other Titles" area of the setup screen.

Can this be done with Blurays?

I usually just blank them one by one with multiAVCHD, but is not as intuitive as DVDfab. Would love to just use dvdfab for this whole process.
