Purchase Problem Trying to renew subscription

I've been trying to renew my subscription for DVD-Copy. My current license expired last week. I've been trying to renew via the member center, entering my CC but it keeps giving me an error message that it can't renew. I know my CC is good, but is there a problem with the site, and is there another way to renew and update my license?

You are using the correct way, it should work. There is no other way to do it when the office is closed. Are you clicking on the "Renew Products" link to begin the process and selecting the correct type of credit card in the lower left before proceeding?

The site seems to working normally. Alipay may be busy counting all the money they made selling their stock in the US this week (Billions)

Wait an hour or so and try it again. If it is still not working, send an email to mona(at)DVDFab.cn and explain the problem. It will be Monday morning in Beijing in 24 hours.

Thanks. I tried it twice, and an error message came up that the card wouldn't go through. I thought it was because I didn't sign up for the "Verified by Visa" offer. So, I went back and filled that out, but it still was rejected.

This cause a call from my bank's fraud division saying my card was used for 3 attempted charges to a company in China, who rejected the card. They specifically stated it was rejected by the company. I told them it was me attempting the charges. I wish they took Paypal or other cards, as VISA is the only one available to use.

I will try the email you suggested and see if I have any luck there. Thanks again.

If your bank bounced the charge, of course it will not work. I know that they are exploring improvements in the payment processing. Send the email to Mona, she can fix anything and will be in the office in about 8 hours. Sorry you had a problem with it, but I think your bank was doing what they thought would protect your account.

Thanks, no that was the weird thing, the bank said the charge was refused by the company, not them.

I too just tried to renew by credit card (mastercard) and alipay said bank refused charges. At a lose as to what to do as i tried twice and got same answer. If bank is refusing because your in china then you have a huge problem to overcome. Meanwhile I have no way to renew product dvd copy

tried again today and again received this message from alipay
This transaction failed because your issuing bank declined. Please contact issuing bank for more information.(25_004)

I have tried several credit cards and the result is the same. What can i do to renew if bank won;t allow payment to go through
