CPU/GPU Intel HD Graphic Driver

Hi...

anyone know that the Intel HD Graphic 4600 Driver latest version 15.33.30.64.3958 cannot be used in DVDFab v9.1.7.1? The Intel QUick Sync cannot be activated in this latest driver...pls advise...thanks..
