    Music video audio shift

    Dear Forum,
In ripping music videos to avi format I have experienced an annoying feature where the music is in sync with the visuals at the start of the file but as it progresses through each song the sync is lost. After one or two songs the audio is no longer in sync with the images and the ripped avi format copy is useless.

Does anyone have a fix for this problem?

You did not give us much information to go on. Note that each DVDFab module (Copy, Ripper etc.) has its own forum, next time please use the one that corresponds to the module you are using.

Sync problems are often related to the source content. If you are using Ripper or Video Converter, try using the controls on the Advanced Settings page to manually set the frame rate so that it is the same as that of the source. You can also try a different profile type (such as MP4 or MKV) to see if that will help if your playback device supports it. Another suggestion would be to change the decoder and encoder settings on the DVDFab Common Settings->AV Codec page to all Software.

In your reply, tell us the nature of the source files (DVD, Blu-ray etc.) and which module you are using and use Notepad to read the DVDFab internal log file to locate the log session from one of these jobs and post or attach it to your reply.
