Is it possible to download a video off the internet using the new feature on DVDFAB and copy it to a DVD?

if it's from like say youtube ect then yes. however movies from like netflix,
hulu plus ect cannot be discussed here and would be considered piracy. -
You would use the DVD Creator module to do this. Video Downloader is present there as well as in Video Converter. 1. Click Creator table on DVDFab.
2. Click Add button or drop the file source to add source to DVDFab.
3. Click Next -> Next -> Start.
You also can change the output "DVD9" or "DVD5" and save the DVD to an ISO or folder or burn to blank disc directly.
