License/Key Key not working on V9

I have been using 8230 since it has come out. Works beautifully. I have an all in one lifetime purchase. I tried yesterday to install and use the 9192 version. It says that my email or key is incorrect. Don't know what the problem is. My email and key have not changed since the purchase. Who should I contact about the problem. 8230 still works fine but 9192 installed fine but thinking I should remove and reinstall.

Any suggestions would be great.

you need to go here - http://www.dvdfab.cn/member.htm and use the email
password you used to purchase dvdfab.

Tried it but did not get a response. I did get a response yesterday for the forum activation email. May need a more direct connection to fix this problem.

To activate v9.x or later you must first create an account in the Member Center, using the email you used to make the purchase and any suitable password.
