Rip or download copy protected videos from YouTube and Vimeo?

Is it possible to download or rip videos from Vimeo and YouTube that are copy protected? I am having issues specifically with Vimeo videos.

Any advice on how to do this would be appreciated, please?

Note: I have a lifetime subscription to the full DVDfab All-In-One, Passkey, and Media Player.
