struggling with dvd fab blu ray

Have owned this program for a little while now and am up to date with new version. I am struggling to get it to work and decrypt anything that i want to back up for own use and own copy of. Gravity is the current one. I put it in drive and go to ripper and it just spins and spins but does not let me rip it. This has also been the case in many others i have tried to back up copies of.
Am i doing something wrong or is it the program. I am using brand new IMAC with brand new buffalo blurry burner ???

1st check your internet connection, an active internet connection is required for
bluray decryption. also check your registration, a valid license is required for
new release movies. and please post the dvdfab internal log files

If you are using DVDFab for Mac, your thread should go there unless you are running the Win version in a VM. Give us some more information so I can move your thread to the right place.
