    Problem ripping Double Feature DVD

Hi, I'm attempting to use Ripper for a Double Feature DVD disc. Every time it analyzes the disc the two features have different, shorter runtimes than actual. For instance, one of the films runtime's is actually 77 minutes, but once the disc is finished analyzing it will come up 73 minutes, or if I eject and reinsert the disc it will analyze and say it's 48 minutes, or the next time 8 minutes, and the next time 53 minutes. I get a different runtime every time I insert the disc and DVDFab analyzes it, but never the correct one. The number of chapters always appears the same. This ONLY happens with DVD's with more than one feature on the disc.

Anyone know what the problem is and how to fix it?

    Using v9.2.0.1 by the way.

It is due to the way the double feature aspect is authored I think. Post the DVDFab internal log session for this disc, directions in my sig. below.

Never looked through the Log before now, but ANHM_VOL_2_DSC_1 is the title of this disc, so I think this is the part of the Log with the information you need. Again though, this happens with every Double Feature disc I've tried ripping -- this is just one of several I'm having trouble with. Let me know if there's anything more you need.

Please do the following: close DVDFab and remove any discs from your drives. Open DVDFab and select Copy mode and place the problem disc in your optical drive. Close DVDFab after it finishes analyzing the disc and attach the log it creates. Tips for posting logs are linked in my sig, below.
