The other week I had an issue where DVDFab stopped working and kept reporting errors with reading any disks even though earlier that day it was fine.
I reinstalled Windows as knew it was due to something being installed (but not sure what) maybe even something to do with usb drives when they get mounted and windows installs drivers for them, plus there were also some windows updates.
Well again today after successfully reading disks, I'm now back to the dreaded errors of fab not working again for any disk.
I have recently been checking some memory cards using a usb adaptor, which caused windows to install drivers and also have recently received a load of windows updates.
Just annoying that something simple can wipe-out the operation of dvdfab
