Purchase Problem Credit card misused following purchase.

I purchased DVDFab DVD Copy (Never Expire) and DVDFab DVD Ripper (Never Expire) on 6/19/2015 and on 6/20/2015 I received a phone call from my credit card fraud department asking if I had made a purchase of $88.88 in Shanghai on 6/19/2015. I told her no and she said to protect my account she was going to close my credit card and issue a new card with a new number.
Has anyone else had their credit card info stolen or misused following a purchase from DVDFab? I'd like to know if I'm the only one.

I suspect you have not been defrauded. Did you ask the fraud department the amount of the purchases? The new payment processor may go through a clearing house in Shanghai, that is not at all unusual. These false positive fraud alerts happen when a purchase is far from your normal pattern. It does not necessarily mean it was fraudulent. Your license will be cancelled if the payment does not go through. I have asked the head of the Service Team to contact you privately.

Signals and Mona, thank you for your responses. I'd like to offer a suggestion. When someone makes a purchase from your website, include information concerning the fact that the request for payment will be coming from Shanghai China through a clearing house that doesn't use your name, DVDFab, and the payment request may not be for the same amount as indicated on the receipt from the website.
All is cleared now.
