Other DVD with series to MP4

I have Ripper + Copy (both lifetime)

I would like to clarify some processes that sometimes fail:
DVDs to MP4

• some DVDs are a single movie
• some DVDs contain multiple episode series
  including a menu to select any episode or play all

How do I "rip" a series (DVD) to a single MP4 file onto my PC, that will include the episode menu ?

I think the problem here is terminology. The DVD Copy module copies the episodes with or without menus to DVD format. DVD Ripper copies the episodes by converting them to MP4 (or other) video files which do not have menus.
