Woman in Gold

Woman in Gold ?
There are no subtitles in the copy during the portions that are in German but there are subtitles in the original DVD I purchased.
I have the latest dvdfab9
I had no problem copying the move only.
Did I not check a box I was suppose to to get the subtitles. I've never ran into this type of problem before.
Any help will be appreciated.
