Cannot play burned DVD's on DVD player

I have used DVD Fab from version 6 to 8, and never had any problems. I upgraded to DVDFab9. I purchased DVDFab DVD Creator and used the Copy DVD function and I can burn the DVD, but it won't play on my DVD player. It does work on my computer, so I think there may be a setting I need to change in order for the DVD to work on my DVD player.

Is the problem with DVD Creator or DVD Copy module?

It's in the DVD Copy. In DVD Copy for DVD FAb 8, no problem. I can play it on my TV's DVD player. But now using the DVD Fab 9 software, I can play it on the computer, but not on my regular DVD Player hooked up to the TV.

Which burn engine do you have selected in DVDFab Settings? Attach the burn log for whichever engine you are using so we can take a look.

I have a feeling my problem stems from the fact that the burn process is using the Nero driver that is on my computer. I do have Nero burning software that I use for CD burning. I did read something in the DVD FAB manual about the Nero driver. If I can somehow switch to how DVD Fab 8 burns my DVDs, I think that will solve my problem.

IMGBURN is the best burning program there is and is highly recommended
              plus it's free!!

It was indeed the Nero driver that was causing the problem. I got help from support and was directed how to change it to the DVDFab burning engine.
That worked and I can play the DVDs on my TV DVD player.

However, there is one glitch. I used the “Movie” mode and it only shows the first episode of the DVD. This is OK with movies which only have 1 feature show, but if there is more than one episode, then it only burns the first one. I tried the “Full Disc” feature, but when I play it back, nothing comes up, it’s a black screen. Do I choose “Clone” or is there another setting I need to change?

full disc mode copies the entire disc contents. again, please post
the dvdfab internal log files for better help.

. When I attempted to burn a copy, in Full Copy mode, the first phase went thru, but when I put in the blank disc, the burning process stayed at 0% and after an hour, I canceled it. Since I first got the DVD Fab 9, I’ve wasted 10 DVDs. The one who I've been emailing in the support group told me to use the Clone mode. However, it doesn't give you the option of using DVD5, the single layer.

                      Here are the logs:

You have supplied the wrong log, it tells us nothing. As I requested in my earlier post, please supply the burn log for whichever burn engine you have selected. The DVDFab burn engine is the same one that was in v8. Read the Tip for Posting DVDFab Logs link in my sig, below. See the screen capture to identify which burn engine you have selected.

The past two times I have used Full Copy, after DVDFab goes through the copy phase and I put in a blank DVD to burn, it stalls out. It doesn’t even begin to start and I get an error. It shows: Task_1 failed! Error=400()

Here’s the log of that process:

That appears to be the process log, not the internal log, which is what we need to check. The 400 is a transcoder error, it happens during disc compression. See the link in my sig about logs.
