Windows 10 & Intel Quick Sync

I cannot seem to get Intel Quick Sync to work right in DVDFab, it does work in programs such as Handbrake, but not DVDFab I am forced to use CUDA. It was working in windows 7 & 8.1 but I cannot seem to get it to function in 10. Any help would be appreciated.

                  Hi,

Could you please switch to Intel card manually on Win10?

The Intel and NV cards can be both detected on Windows 10? Please check it (Right click on Windows desktop -> Display).

This actually does seem to work... Thank you, I don't see why it made any difference.

I have the same issue with my PC.

The Intel video adapter is the only one that I have but DVDFab does not recognize IQS.

Btw, the Media SDK shows the attached screen and after a while Windows mentions an exit with a problem :-(.

I would highly appreciate your support to get that issue fixed. Thank you in advance.

                      Best regards
