Copy- Doesnt seem to work

Ive tried copying dvd's and blu rays--- nothing seems to work! Blu rays- my comouter doesnt rcognize and dvds i get error messages for everything. HELP what am I doing wrong?

What version of Windows are you using? Are the error messages from Windows or DVDFab? What do they say. You must provide more information on the problem, including the DVDFab internal log. Instructions for supplying them are linked in my sig, below.

Copies Not Recognised

I too have this problem, only started about 12 months or so ago. None of my Blu-ray players recognize the discs, even my PC did not recognize them (TDK 50 gb Dual layer), movies 2D & 3D. I tried playing the discs with VLC player and even that didn't work initially, until I selected in VLC settings 'play disc as Blu-ray', when I selected that function the disc played no problems on my PC? Any suggestions why the players cannot recognize these discs? I'm running Windows 7 on my PC, my Blu-ray players are Pioneer, and 2 types of Panasonic.

As I told the original poster of this thread, you must supply the DVDFab logs or it will be difficult to help you. This problem does not sound like a DVDFab issue, more like a conflict with other software.

What logs are you specifically after?

See post #2 in this thread. You may want to try changing the burn engine you have selected in DVDFab Common settings to see if the result is better.
