      Once again I did a complete uninstall and a re-install only to get the same results. DVDFab loads between 136000 and 137000 and then it stops responding. Below are the 2 log files from this installation.

        wouldn't think that your antivirus sofware may be preventing dvdfab from
        trying to start would it ??

                Could try this - if you download the installation .exe file and the in Windows Explorer right click on the installtion file and select run as Admin and the let it install.
