No, DVDFab DVD Copy can change (remove) the Region restrictions but not change the video format.Supplying DVDFab Logs in the Forum ...........................User Manual PDF for DVDFab v11................................ Guide: Using Images in Posts

You are welcome. Note that almost all software players on PCs will play either format without complaint.Supplying DVDFab Logs in the Forum ...........................User Manual PDF for DVDFab v11................................ Guide: Using Images in Posts

As pointed out, every computer that plays DVD discs will play 480i, or 576i, video. The same goes for DVD, or Blu-ray/DVD, standalone players, especially those with HDMI outputs, will play 480i or 576i DVD discs. The drawback is the region code. If your player is not region all (no such thing as region free), then you won't be able to play discs that do not match the region code of the player.
