This Notice is to alert you that the Spring Festival (Chinese New Year) Holiday is underway in China and much of Asia and for this reason the DVDFab Office will be closed until February 4. During this period, support by chat and email will not be available but the forum will be here for any problems you may encounter. Purchases of new products and license renewals may be made normally on the DVDFab website. Thanks for your understanding and Happy New Year!
Even though Fab won't start for me, I'll try to navigate the install folders and locate the file. I'll try that tonight when I get home from work and post it (if I'm successful locating it).
Well, I must have a gremlin in my computer - v9.2.3.7 started right up this time. After repeated attempts with nothing but failures to load over the weekend - it decided to load tonight. Go figure... I'll continue to monitor...
@CBR929
Since v9.2.3.7 decided to cooperate tonight, I went ahead and grabbed the log of the latest session in case you were still interested in viewing it.
try clicking start - computer - right click C drive - properties - tools -
error checking - check both boxes and restart computer and let it run.
also try doing a disc cleanup and disc defrag.
It had nothinhg to do with drive errors or fragmented disc. I defrag the drive weekly. Also if I made a fresh install of dvdfab it fixes the problem. THe problem comes if I made a update over a older installation.
