Magamind blyray copy cut short

I tried twice to copy Megamind bluray, DVDFab displays analysis successful then copy successful but it only copied the first 5-10 minutes of the movie. The issue is not the copy but the analysis because it was way shorter than it usually is, something is tricking the software to think it has copied the whole movie when it has not.
