Performance 9.2.4.4 nvidia problem

The latest version 9.2.4.4 is crashing at the end of shrinking a bluray to 25gb single layer. Gets to the end then says I need to update my video driver.
I have an older card and use Nvidia 334.89 drivers.
They have worked fine with every version except for this latest one.

Update.
I meant to add if I reboot the computer after crash it works fine.
As I said this has happened three times since 9.2.4.4 has come out, crash and notice saying to update the driver, reboot works fine.

Please attach the fabcheck log and the DVDFab internal log session from one of these crashes. You may also wish to try the new Beta, v9.3.0.0 unless you have XP, which is no longer supported.

And I reckon the times were (I think)
