DVDFAB9 version 9.3.0.3

hi . i am not sure if this is the right area for this or not but . i download the new dvdfab9 version 9.3.0.3 trail version and try to rip my Blu-Ray of Avatar and it say it was finished but when i looked at it, it was not the whole movie . some reason it said it was finished at 1.40 of the movie when it is 2 hour 42min long this is a usa blu-ray of Avatar . i also try to rip it on my copy of dvdfab passkey and it came up with a read error never finished . i hope someone will have some insight as to what to do or what .
