Hello, a few weeks ago, I tried 9.3.0.3 and it would not run. The opengl dll fix did not help either. I had to revert back to 9244 which worked.
Today I tried 9305, which is supposed to be fixed for Vista, but it still will not run. It is unable to send the report. That crashes as well.
I run Win Vista 32 bit. It was installed as an upgrade over Win XP a number of years ago. So parts of Win XP may still be involved somewhere. It has worked very well all these years. I saw something in one post about updating video card drivers. I did that today also, and 9305 still crashes and cannot send the report.
If you let me know what files to send, I will try to check back later and send them, if I can find this post again.

Thanks for the effort cpw, it may not allow it. You should be able to zip the files and then use the Manage Attachments button below the text editing window (scroll down) here in the forum. Let us know if this does not work correctly for you, we can find another way.Supplying DVDFab Logs in the Forum ...........................User Manual PDF for DVDFab v11................................ I'm running 1511x64 and not having any issues at all. I do a clean uninstall each time and install as administrator from a downloaded installer. Never via the program updater. How to post the internal log
