Purchase Problem DVDFAB All-In-One Lifetime

Several years back I purchased the All-in-One Lifetime subscription for DVDFab and I am just wondering why there are features that aren't activated for me. The features that aren't activated for me are:

DVD Creator
Blu-ray Creator
DVD to Blu-ray
CinaviaRemoval HD

Shouldn't these features be activated since I purchased the All-in-One license?

No, not necessarily. CinaviaRemoval HD for instance was not free for anyone, it was offered to existing All-In-One licensees like you for a 50% discount for about 30 days which has long expired.
