AMD APP not supported

Why is the Chipset graphique :
AMD Radeon R9 200 Series Version du pilote: 21.19.160.512 not supported?

Is there a reason?

Same here....

Graphics Chipset :
AMD Radeon R9 200 Series Driver Version: 21.19.137.1

Supported Video Codecs :
DXVA_MODE_H264
DXVA_MODE_VC1
DXVA_MODE_MPEG2

CoreAVC : cannot be detected.

The R9 200 series CLEARLY has AMD APP support, but yet the software cannot read it.

What's the deal????

This has been the case for several years in both v9 and v10. It relates to poor support by AMD for the driver(s), particularly for encoding.
