License/Key Changing email addresses

With Yahoo having been breached several times, and their willingness (Along with other major tech companies), to pass on emails to 3 letter agencies, I will be deleting my Yahoo account.

My lifetime license is tied to my yahoo account.

How do I change my license to be tied to a different email address?

Thanks. I had seen that, but it wasn't really obvious that it changed the email associated with the license; I got the impression it was for the member login & forum access.
