Looks like it's on my end I unplugged the modem and router then plugged them back in and the speed went from 5 min. download to just over a min.
Wish I knew what cause's this.My computer is always on and it has happened in the past I should have checked my end first before posting but it doesn't hurt having a few testing the server from time to time.
