Other Download option in DVDFab 10

Hi.

I have DVDFab 10 Version 10.0.2.5

There is a 'Download' option that allows yo to download, for example, YouTube videos.
When I click on this, I get a message that says, "To use this function, you need to download the add-on offered by DVDFab. Download now?
That message is not unexpected.

However, when I click on 'Yes', DVDFab just hangs and nothing happens.

Any ideas please?

This is part of the Video Converter module. Do you have a license for that function?

It's Ok. It's working now.

I just waited and waited and waited...
Until the add-on installed itself.

So, it seems that if you get the same issue, just wait!
