I downloaded the latest DVD FAB update and now not only will it not run on my Windows 10 system, but neither will previous versions, including DVDFAB 8 or 9. Is there a conflict with Windows 10 (latest update) and DVDFAB? I also tried the new beta version and it won't work either. The install seems to complete and when I go to open it, the blue circle spins, then stops and nothing happens. Everything was fine until the newest update. I've been using DVDFAB for years without a problem and now, nothing works at all.

Double posting is against the rules so I deleted the other one.
Check in task manager to see if Fab is opening minimized. How to post the internal log
Things should be made as simple as possible, but no simpler.

Try reinstalling it do a fast install then when done wait till it goe's to Fabs internet page click it off then the installer says start fab then click yes.
I just had a uncompleted install and it didn't show up in the program lists in uninstaller for windows then i used fabs own uninstaller in the fab files folder took it off with that and just re ran the installer already on your hard drive in downloads now it's working fine. Also check your security program is allowing fab to run.

Please try the latest Official release, v10.0.2.7. If it does not work, attach the DVDFab internal log file and the install log to a new post.Supplying DVDFab Logs in the Forum ...........................User Manual PDF for DVDFab v11................................ Guide: Using Images in Posts

Thanks for the replies. I used the latest version and installed as administrator. Didn't work. I uninstalled and installed again. Still didn't work. Can't start 64 bit Windows 10 in Safe mode (or I can't find it as an option).
Install log below:

A note to staff the last 2 versions of Fab installed but a pop up came up from windows firewall saying some of the installed files were blocked I had to click on run anyway for it to work.Windows 10 latest version. As a note I use Norton security so funny that Norton let it run that's my firewall don't know why windows would block it.

I'm having the same issue. I moved from 10.0.22 to 10.0.28. Application installs fine, but when I attempt to start it, nothing happens. Windows event logs show it as an Appcrash event. Reverting back to V10.0.22 and everything works again. DvDfabs' own logs don't show much.

HI, I had similar problem with Win10 and it turned out my virus protection software (TrendMicro) was preventing DVDFab from running. I disabled the virus software and reran install and it worked OK. I then configured virus software to ignore everything in DVDFab install directory. I re-enabled virus software and DVDFab still worked OK. Hope this helps. Cheers.
