Purchased on line DVD Fab Video Converter. Confirmation # 300470758 Sep 20 2018 Paid for it , followed instructions, pressed download, only to learn that I currently have no downloads available. Contacted customer support only to be advised that the Video Converter is included with DVD Fab. That being the case why is it shown as an option on the order page. I give up can anyone please advise what steps I must take to receive a refund on the software which I paid for and did not receive.
