How to Get DVD-style Navigation Menus on an MP4 Rip from DVD

I've looked long and hard for a way to get a dvd-style navigation menu on my MP4 rips from DVD. Anyone have a solution?

I don't think that is what tnhiker is looking for. Creator provides a DVD-formatted output, not MP4. I am not aware of a way to do this or a player that would support it.
