License/Key Computer Crashed and reinstalled windows and dvdfab

I tried to authorize the program but the error came back as I have used up all my keys. the one I'm trying to re-authorize is unit #6291, beginning with ID -00-22-4d-xx-xx-xx. I need that one to be reset. (I double checked it with my Ethernet connections). Thanks
