Trying to convert YouTube videos. Instantly says failed in the download. This just started happening. Any help?

Yeah, I just tried it don't work for me either. I'll report it and the staff will be back in the office in a few days I think. Yeah, they're back on the 22nd.

If you have saved your installer from version 10.0.8.0 it will work.
