i am writing to find out in copying 4k movies i am copying movie only (through dvdfab10 v10.20) as suggested what my problem is after 10 hours of copying it is only 8 % done i have no problems in copying and burning blu-ray movies in about 2 hours + do i have a hardware problem or can someone suggest something thanking you

I suspect a hardware issue. Two hours is a somewhat long time for a standard Blu-ray. Please locate and attach your Fabcheck and DVDFab internal logs for copying a UHD or Blu-ray disc, this will allow us to see something about your PC capabilities and configuration.
