CUDA hardware accleation is not used

That is the message I get when I try to use CUDA hardware acceleration with a MSI Nvidia GTX 1060 3GB card. I ripping self created DVD's that came from video transfers (if that matters). I got the card based on this hardware acceleration function for this program specifically. It replaces a somewhat older MSI AMD R7 260X

    Win7 Pro x64
    Nvidia v 26.21.14.3160 driver
    DVDFab v11.0.3.1 x64

    Disable all GPU codecs is UNchecked and all boxes are showing 'CUDA'. The Codec Info is here;

    -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    Graphics Chipset :
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 3GB Driver Version: 26.21.14.3160

    Supported Video Codecs :
    CUDA_MODE_H264
    CUDA_MODE_VC1
    CUDA_MODE_MPEG2
    CUDA_MODE_H265
    DXVA_MODE_H264
    DXVA_MODE_VC1
    DXVA_MODE_MPEG2

    CoreAVC : cannot be detected.
    -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Ok, what is the problem? Is that last line any issue?

Here are some screen shots. I have tried this more than once, and a no go. I see the website only lists three FOUR YEAR OLD cards as being comparable (960, 970 & 980) which I have to figure has not been updated.

I also noticed the CUDA GPU 'stickies' are FIVE years old so those are of little help.
