Performance PC Crashes when using either DVD or Blu-Ray Ripper

I have had no problems ripping both DVD and Blu-Ray until about 4 weeks ago. I was able to successfully create mp4 files of main movies and the bonus chapters that I wanted, including multiple audio tracks and subtitles.

Now if I try to rip a disc to MP4 format, at some point in the process my pc crashes completely and shuts down. This happens with both DVD and Blu-Ray discs. I am able to copy & create ISO files, which seems weird. I'm not sure where to find the logs to attach, since the pc shuts down.

    DVD Fab version: x64 11.0.6.5
    Windows 10 Pro, version 10.0.18363 Build 18363

If it crashes it will try to pop up a crash report window, did you see that and click Send?

You will need to submit your log files to help diagnose the problem. There are 2 ways to do this.
    1. Open DVDFab and on the Settings dropdown, select Feedback, as shown here: https://forum.dvdfab.cn/forum/dvdfab...kly#post376253
    2. Attach the logs to a post here in the forum, as described here: http://forum.dvdfab.cn/showpost.php?...40&postcount=5

If you use method 1, post the log ID# that is supplied after uploading the report and remember the time/date differences for Beijing when anticipating a response.

Wrong log file, please attach the dvdfab_internal and fabcheck_internal log files, they are in the same location as the one you attached. Please try again, thanks.

Just had this happen again last night, trying to rip a Blu-Ray disc. What is causing this to happen? I have attached the logs from yesterday.

Did you try disable GPU while converting to MP4? Or please try other profiles like mp4.passthrough and see if it will make a difference.

I continue to have this problem. If I use the MP4 passthrough I get a 20gb file.

Please see attached logs. My dvdfab_internal.log is 1,567kb and will not upload to this message. I get an error that says the file is too large

It could be that the CPU is not compatible or due to overheat. You can try to set the CPU core to 1 in DVDFab Common Settings > General or use passthrough profile.
