    Cloud Server down?

Hi, I can't rip any BDs today... it always hangs at "Contacting DVDFab Cloud Server..." - on my Mac as well as on my Windows machine.
Does anybody else see the same problem?

I have the same problem as well. DVD Fab update function doesn't work either, all part of the same system I think.

davecuk : Updating via the built-in function does not work here either. But I was able to download the latest version from the website and install that.

Yes, I did that earlier and came back to post that the website downloaded version also gives access to cloudserver.

When something like this happens, step ONE is to provide a log, please do that in the future for a faster solution. You can attach the DVDFab internal log session to a post or use the Feedback button inside DVDFab. When using Feedback, write down the Log ID number and put that in your post.
