Hello all,

I am trying to sort out why the price for the above offer is not included tax, I wanted to buy it but was a bit shocked when I came to the final purchase and suddenly the price went from 265.99 dollars to 344,97 dollars, due to tax.
This is the first time I have ever expirenced that a purchase of software is not with tax included?
This must be some sort of joke and I believe a lot of people dosnt notice the additional payment when purchasing.
It dosnt matter what location I choose it always adds up on the tax

The charging of tax relates to your local/national laws. I think it is calculated by the payment processor and will vary based on your location. If you believe it was not applied correctly, send an email to service@dvdfab.cn and supply details of the purchase such as date, type of card used and your location.

Thanks for the reply, but I need to use it on a vessel (Merchant) where it is tax free, so how do I do that?

Not sure that is possible, depends on the tax laws of the place where the transaction was consummated I expect. Send an email to service@dvdfab.cn and put “Purchase Problem” as the subject line, they can sort it for you.
