Just reloaded Windows to see if it helped but still having a sync issue with DVD conversion to MP4 h.264. The video lags the audio just a half-second but enough to make lips out of sync to voices. Does this with and without GPU acceleration. Are there recommended 3d settings for NVIDIA (GTX 1080 Ti) drivers?

Unable to help you without the DVDFab internal log session amd the log named Fabcheck. Please attach them to your reply post following the steps linked in my sig below.
