Other Mp4 files - enlarge low res or video enhancement ai - which to use

I have MP4 video files that I'd like to make appear better. Which will work better - the Enlarge low-res videos option. Or the Video Enhancement AI option? Is one better than the other? Thank you

I use the Enhancer AI for files like that with good success, it also improves the balance between whites and blacks and chrominance. Which would work better for your source files you will need to judge by testing them.
