CPU/GPU DVD FAb 12.0.2.7 NVIDIA driver incompatibility

I updated to the latest version of the NVIDIA drivers for my RTX 2070 GFX card version 466.27 29/04/21 release date. All hardware AV Codec options were greyed out for decoding and encoding I tried to roll back to the previous driver version 466.11, but that particular file downloaded from NVIDIA servers is corrupt, so I rolled back to 465.89 and as you can see from the last image, hardware acceleration is back.

Just thought you guys (Signals) would want to know....I don't know if it's a DVD FAB problem, or a NVIDIA driver problem, or both.
